CELEBRATING ACHIEVEMENTS
This year, we have experienced new highs and heartfelt moments at OTL. At Amamorley Basic 1 School, we have completed two terms of Expression Circle activities, one of our notable achievements. We assisted students in revising fundamental English principles and in addition, introduced them to new concepts that were focused on helping them learn skills like collaboration, creativity, problem-solving and leadership. We believe that by teaching them the importance of these skills and more, we can help them become more critical in their thinking and take initiative when necessary.
We also held four in-school club events which encouraged students' engagement and provided them with a space to share their ideas with us. These events included:
Bring & Share (Talent Show), Career Day, Team Buzz and Connect. During the Bring & Share, some students showcased their talents in the form of dance, singing, spoken word, drama and electronics. For our Career Day, students shared their career aspirations with us and we were able to add to that by introducing them to some new Career paths they could follow. And at Team Buzz, different teams shared the inspiration behind their team artwork. It was immersive and exciting. Finally, for Connect, we had two mentors come in to give a Gendered Talk to answer questions on male and female health, the importance of education and any other which the student shared.

Another achievement this year was our first-ever excursion with the Amamorley Basic 1 School. We were able to take 66 of the students on a memorable and enriching trip to the Kwame Nkrumah Museum. The smiles, excitement and joy of that day will forever be remembered.
We also had our first partnership event with The Uterus Ninja (TUN). During this event, a few female students from Krachi-Nchumuru in the Oti Region were brought to the University of Ghana, where they toured various facilities, including the engineering school, the university bookshop, and the Balm Library. They also had an audience with the Dean of the School of Engineering Sciences (Prof Elsie Effah Kaufmann), who spoke to them about the importance of education.

BEHIND THE SCENES
OTL is launching a Pre-High School Program. These sessions will provide resources designed to prepare our JHS graduates for their Senior High School (SHS) education. The classes will take place at our new Resource Center. We encourage your support in providing learning materials for our students.

LOOKING AHEAD
At Outside the Lines Foundation, we believe in the potential of every child. Through our programs, we aim to nurture not only the academic skills of our young ones but also instil in them the values and life skills that will empower them to make better decisions for themselves and contribute positively to the communities they are in.
Thank you to all our volunteers, donors, mentors, and partners who are helping in making this mission possible! But the work is not done! We encourage your continued support by donating, sharing information about our work and following our socials. Don't miss this great opportunity to become a change-maker yourself.
